www.solparaisogolf.com (“Sol Paraiso Golf” or “the website”) offers golf vacation packages online that include: golf rounds, hotel stays and ground transportation. These products may be purchased individually or as part of a package. There are a few things you should know before your purchase a product on our website:
Products
We have been explicitly authorized (by contract or otherwise) by our supplier partners to market these products. We have been authorized to use their marketing materials and depend on them for many of the information provided for these products. Unintentional errors in the information and/or prices provided may occur, in this case, we are not responsible for honoring this booking and we will cancel it and refund the client. If some detail of the product you are interested in is of major importance to you, please contact us to confirm. All product policies including cancellation policies and terms and conditions are specific to each product and supplier. We market these products online but are not responsible for the actual experiences themselves (golf rounds, transportation, hotel rooms and amenities, etc…), third-party service suppliers are responsible for the experiences. In the case of any dispute with the service you need to contact them, we may work with both parties to achieve a resolution but are in no way responsible.
Booking Confirmation
Our tee times and hotel bookings are not in real time. Your booking will be confirmed when we have sent you a confirmation email, which will be sent once payment has been made, we have received the form with your preferred schedule and confirmed availability with our supplier partners. In case we cannot confirm your desired tee times or stay dates, we will contact you via email and/or phone with alternatives. Though bookings are not in real time, it is usually the case we can arrange for very close tee times and/or dates. We encourage our clients to book with plenty of time ahead so we can arrange your schedule exactly how you would like it.
Once your reservation has been confirmed by SOL PARAISO GOLF, fees may apply for any cancellations (see the Payments, Refund and Cancellation Policies page).
Other important information:
- Our specialists will be available to assist you during regular working hours between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday by phone and will respond whatsapp and emails as soon as possible every day.
- Payments can be made via credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Paypal or wire transfers to Sol Paraiso Golf.
- Rain check policies vary by golf course. Sol Paraiso Golf is not responsible for course rain check policies.
- Single players may be made to join other single players to form a foursome if the course considers it necessary. Sol Paraiso Golf is not responsible for course policies.
- Junior players may be prohibited from playing alone and may require an adult supervisor or caddy. Sol Paraiso Golf is not responsible for course policies.
- As a general reminder it’s important to wear proper golf attire. For men: pants or shorts, collared polo-shirts with sleeves and golf or tennis shoes. For ladies: pants or shorts, collared polo-shirts and golf or tennis shoes. Jeans are not allowed. Please check each individual courses’ policies regarding proper attire.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Some products have reference prices so clients have an idea of what the lowest possible price is for that product.
- Some hotel products are marketed as having an “on-campus golf course”. When this is the case, we mean the hotel shares the same property with the golf course and/or is in an adjacent property.
- The website has a language translator tool so that non english-speaking clients have access to the information and products we provide, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of the translation. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm any information present in the website when this language tool is used.
- The website has a marketing affiliate partnership with SHIP STICKS. We market their services for a commission and have a branded landing page on their website. Nonetheless, we do NOT provide shipping services. Clients that choose to use this service are dealing with a third party and SHIP STICKS only is responsible for the services provided to them. Any complaints, disputes or other issues should be dealt with directly with SHIP STICKS.
- When appropriate:
- “Single Golfer” refers to a single-occupancy stay with golf rounds and other inclusions.
- “Double Golfer” refers to a double-occupancy stay with golf rounds and other inclusions.
- “Golfer + Non-Golfer” refers to a double-occupancy stay with golf rounds included for one of the persons and the other inclusions for both.
- Booking Errors. If a client loses a tee time, or has the wrong dates booked at a hotel or any other error that precludes the client from enjoying what they have paid for, we will do our best to make up for it by rearranging bookings. If the client is not content with the new arrangements we will provide a full refund. If the error was caused by one of our supplier partners (hotels, golf courses, transportation company, etc…) we will do our utmost best to secure a full refund. In these cases, we will provide the client with evidence that the booking was made correctly and that the supplier made an internal mistake. Mistakes do happen. Error refund policies vary by supplier and some may just provide credit. In the case credit is provided, we will try to arrange for the purchase of that credit at 100% of its face value when we receive an order from another client for this same service. In that way, we in effect, provide a full refund to the client once we receive the order from another.
